Use of space Show management reserves the right to decline, prohibit or expel any exhibit which, in its judgment, is out of keeping with the character of the exhibition; this reservation being all inclusive as to person(s), things, printed matter, product, conduct, sound levels, etc. No display or its contents may exceed a height of 8’ nor may the sidewalls be higher than 3’ within a distance halfway between the back wall and aisle, except with the specific permission of show management. Further, show management reserves the right to make changes in booth assignments that may be deemed necessary for the overall success of the exhibition. Exhibitor’ s exhibit or product may not extend beyond the limits of the exhibitor’s booth and any part of the exhibit or product may not extend into the aisle. No exhibitor shall so arrange their exhibit so as to obscure or prejudice adjacent exhibitors in the opinion of show management. No exhibitor shall assign or sublet any part of their assigned space without the consent of show management in writing, unless prior written authorization is granted. Any space not occupied by the time set for completion of installation of displays will be reassigned at the discretion of show management. Exhibitors agree to keep their exhibit open and staffed at all appropriate times during the show hours.
Protection of Facilities Nothing shall be posted on, or tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the convention hall exhibit area without permission from the proper building authority. Packing, unpacking and assembly of exhibits shall be done in designated areas and in conformity with directions of show management and exhibit hall management
Advertising Distribution of advertising material and exhibitor solicitations of any sort shall be restricted to the exhibitor’s booth. Passing out of any materials or performing of any other solicitations in the aisles or public areas in prohibited.
Sound Systems The use of sound systems is permissible provided they are not audible more than three feet into the aisle or into neighboring booths, and that the sound is directed exclusively into the exhibitor’s booth. A dB level for machinery will also be established, and show management shall have absolute control over regulations governing sound levels. |
